Every Glow Up Story is a Good One
My mom, Gloria was my motivation my entire life. She moved from her small hometown, rose above her circumstances, and worked so hard everyday of her life. She pushed me to become educated and understand my value. She was also an experienced thrift shopper and showed me how to add value with my presence
not my price tag.
My mother was smart and always stood out from the crowd. She had a natural glow.
So, it confused me when I watched my mother work 13-hour, stressful days for what seemed to be a fancy title for over 30 years. And when she got sick, the job she loved so much, that she had consistently been a top performer at, fired her and originally denied her funeral benefits.
I always admired my mom’s strength. I watched her sacrifice her entire life for everyone else, mainly me. However, her strength did not survive the stress of putting everyone above yourself. I decided from that moment, I would always understand the value of those talents that make me special, my glow. I would place those talents in environments that allow me to prioritize my self care while still being an asset to those I work with.
I decided I needed to change my environment, moved to a brand new state, without a job, and two years later, Step Up & Glo' was born! My mother’s example gave me the foundation to be a hard worker and go-getter. Her experience gave me the motivation to step outside of everyone’s expectations, take every risk, learn as much as possible, and most importantly make my dreams my reality while I still have the opportunity to do so.

Check out what past leadership has to say:
I am writing you to strongly recommend Stephanie. During the time that Stephanie was with us, she learned and accomplished many things. She was always eager to grow and open to new ideas. After just a few short weeks, she began maintaining relationships and partnerships that are worth hundreds of thousands to our company.
I had the pleasure of working alongside her and can attest that she is also highly intelligent and a born leader. After her departure, I traveled to where she had personally hired and trained a team of ambassadors. They expressed how wonderful she was to work for, how good she made them feel, and how professionally dressed and well-put together she always was. For me, this said a lot.
I know that all of the other colleagues, quickly gained respect for her as she mastered computer programs, wrapped her head around our policies and procedures, and absolutely shined at our national training.
Stephanie came to us highly recommended and now I know why. If you want a rock-solid, hardworking, dependable, intelligent, savvy, kind person with great leadership skills, you are looking at the right person."
Shaun Cricks, Director of Educational Partnerships, Princeton Review
Stephanie has many admirable characteristics, but what impressed me most are her work ethic, integrity, and ability to connect with people. She truly cared about doing a good job every day and representing our company well.
She treated her customers and colleagues with respect and
made connections with people very quickly. Stephanie has an extraordinary ability to make her customers feel comfortable enough to be honest, and as a result she was able to draw out their real
objections. This gave her the ability to sell through those objections faster and more thoroughly than most. I believe this characteristic is directly related to her exceptional performance with our company.
In summary,
I would highly recommend Stephanie Bell and I would hire her again if I ever get the chance."
